Who I Am

Hi! I’m Linsey. I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist in North Carolina. My background includes working with folks from all walks of life—those navigating homelessness or being incarcerated, to CEOs and professionals that are on their sobriety journey. I have been working in the world of addiction and recovery for almost a decade. No matter where someone comes from, I’ve learned that real change happens when there’s a solid, genuine connection.

I earned my Master’s from Campbell University, but I’ll always bleed Appalachian gold thanks to my undergrad roots. Outside the therapy room, coffee is my grounding force (seriously—it’s part ritual, part survival).

In sessions, I pull from different therapeutic approaches depending on what fits you best, but at the end of the day, it’s the relationship that really drives the work. I show up as a real person, and I invite you to do the same.

If you’re looking for a space to feel heard, supported, and maybe even challenged in the right ways—I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
